This is my 1 1/2 inch tall sculpture for an exhibit called Forum of 40 Champions. There are forty artists participating and it’s going to be a great show! Opening reception is this Friday, February 26, between 5pm-9pm, at the Creative Alliance in Baltimore. Here is the event listing on Facebook.

I named my character “Peaceful Being”. His special power is “Can quiet mind at will”. Hope to see you at the opening!

Baking the Sculpey (talk about “being in the hot-seat!”):

I drew this out with pencil on paper and then took a digital photo. Then I added color to it digitally with Adobe Illustrator. I am using a digital drawing tablet to work in more lines. It is in-progress.

This is the newest version of a piece I have given the working title of Center of Gravity. It is now twenty-five inches tall by twenty inches wide.

This one is watercolor and ink.

Another new image. This one (so far) has been created only in Adobe Photoshop with a digital drawing tablet. The final format is a 20″ × 20″ digital inkjet print.
